Orange Day at Fremont Kid's Academy was a peach! We had a great time playing in the sun and writing out a color chart showing primary and secondary colors.
Looking for something to do at home to reinforce the ORANGE theme?
Fill a sealing sandwich bag part way with shaving cream, add a few red food coloring drops to the bag, seal and mush. Add yellow food coloring and Ta-Dah, you have a wonderfully contained mess of Orange fun. Of course you can replicate this with other colors. If you are worried about little ones ingesting the shaving cream, you can do the same process with whipped cream. Yummy and educational.
