The children at Fremont Kid's Academy enjoy many outdoor activities. We spend a large portion of each day outside playing and exercising. From playground activities to gardening, we incorporate much of our preschool curriculum into the play time outside.

The children in care at Fremont Kid's Academy have completed an art display bulletin board. They painted the bulletin board, choose an area on the wall and (with some adult help) installed the board. Then they proudly displayed all of their recent art works, and left some room for new projects. What a great project!
Fremont Kid's Academy celebrated St.Patrick's Day by making hand print shamrocks, wearing green, and searching for Leprechauns. While we didn't actually find any, we sure had a good time trying.
Older children interact with younger ones at Fremont Kid's Academy much the same way they do in a large family. Older siblings read to younger ones and make sure they are having a great time here at preschool. Each child is encouraged to care for younger friends and learn from older examples.
Community art projects are a great addition to the standard preschool curriculum that Fremont Kid's Academy teaches our preschoolers. We work to engage our students with activities they are interested in while introducing them to concepts they will encounter in kindergarten.
Fremont Kid's Academy provides a nurturing environment that encourages socialization and friendship as well as family values. Here you can see three sets of siblings enjoying play time together.
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) are some of the most important subjects for today's children. Starting in preschool with fun projects like mixing baking soda and vinegar to make volcanoes gets children interested in these subjects and paves the way for a very well rounded student.
Fremont Kid's Academy is gearing up for the growing season. We have installed raised planter beds and are preparing for raising vegetables and fruits. All the children will be involved in planting, caring for, and harvesting our garden. We can't wait to get started!
Children love to paint and using watercolors is perfect for little hands and curious minds. As a group activity, watercolor painting also builds social awareness and promotes creativity and sharing.
When a moth landed in our play area the children at Fremont Kid's Academy got an impromptu science lesson. The moth was nice enough to be still so that everyone had a chance to take a close look at it's beautiful wings. The children squealed with glee when it flew away.
Tummy time is important for pre-crawlers and is a great way to introduce games and activities to infants. A yoga mat placed under baby is a great way to protect little faces from getting bumped on the floor. Infant curriculum and care at Fremont Kid's Academy includes lots of tummy time and cuddles.
